Lay on bed knees bent and drop knee's to left and back to middle and drop to the right it really does help,I think I'm just impatient, love to you all let's hope tomorrow is a better day
If you can hang from something dropping your body weight it will ease your disc back in if you can't do that get someone tall that can lift you under the arms off the floor you have to be floppy, I'm 5ft2in and my sons are 6ft tall so can do this for me. Also lay on bed stretch arms above your head toes pointed and stretch left arm and right leg then do opersit side also lay on bed knees bent arms stretched to the side then drop knees to the left slowly then bring to centre then go over opposite side holding for a count off 5.
I find hanging helpful too, as well as heating pad
I am tall enough, I can reach the door frame, and hang from it
