Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

Is there anything that a woman can 5ake that isn't going rapid weight gain? I have gone from 248 to 179 lbs...now with 5 weeks of Fosamax I am 184. I worked to hard to lose the weight...I have a growth on my L4 and L5 and have a compression fracture of L5. I needed to lose weight for the surgery to take the growth off. Now I can barely walk, so I can't do 4 miles that I was doing every day.

I found most tablets make you put on weight I've cut out most of my tablets because they doped me up, so sleepy and confused and had to go back to bed so I've stopped the tramadol, anatryptalin, bacphofen, etc and I now have lost weight, I'm still taking other tablets that I need but the muscle relaxants didn't work for me
