I’m taking it & have no side-effects.
There is a lot of information out there on this. I read up thoroughly on this product before deciding to take it. As I do with everything else offered to me, as Dr’s, specialists etc don’t always tell you ALL the effects a drug may or may not have on you.

I was taking adcal d3 and aldronic acid but afterwards I got stomach problems so my doctor stopped at the moment I am taking just over counter calcium tablet. Can someone advice is it ok to take Algaecal plus bone builder pack.

Is it ok to take Algaecal plus bone builder pack? I want to take plant base calcium. Does this Algaecal give side effects like adcal d3 and aldronic acid?
