Well first off they should know better than to just suddenly take you off something. As for the weed thing, if you're lucky enough to live in a state that has embraced the science and culture, go for it. I smoke weed as an alternative to taking another painkiller if its too early to take another one. It helps calm the muscles and can have many many positive effects. They have strains now that help you relax, strains that can help you do something creative, strains that can help you focus and concentrate. Pot is not the boogeyman it has been made out to be. You never have to worry about overdosing on it, getting addicted to it and having to detox, or physically getting sick and throwing up everywhere. If you have any questions about it i would be happy to help guide you.

Epsom Salt baths. Put 2 cups in your bath, fill with hottest water you can, drink a big glass of water while you soak for 20 minutes. The magnesium in the salts are absorbed and it is soothing. Diclofenac cream10%(a perscription in Canada) on the sore spots. Have you been tested for RA? CBD/THC oil is available in Canada but it doesn't help me.Too bad it isn't available to you though because it is effective for many people. I take a muscle relaxant when needed, tylenol and the odd Ibuprofen. With that and all the above it helps somewhat. Sorry you are in so much pain. Take Care

I have a spinal implant in my back, it helps with pain. I have si joint problems to, so stretching things out in the morning helps some too.
