I've Broken 2 Big Bones And With Fatigue And Pain Can't Seem To Exercise. Any Suggestions?

I had complications during my shoulder surgery and now my left hand is also numb and stiff. I had a total knee replacement after breaking my tibial plateau and being plated first. My left humerus was broken and also plated before they removed it due to severe credits and they put a titanium shoulder in instead thus damaging a nerve and injuring my hand. I'm in bad shape. My doctor is getting ready to put me on a good medication for osteoporosis.

Hi Helen,
Very interesting. How long have you been using this combination? Have you had a bone density scan to check for improvement?

I also take the calcium, magnesium and vitamin k2 mk7 but from what i see on this site it never seems to b enough ti stay afloat. We still go down the slippery slide to the big boys, ie Prolia.
Perhaps we would go faster if we didnt take the calcium, etc?
