Had Prolia injection two weeks ago and within 24 hours developed flu like symptoms and then lower back pain like I had a broken back. For those of you on Prolia.............I am glad that you have suffered no major side effects. But, it's those women who now have serious ailments like hip pain, jaw pain, loosing teeth and hair, to name a few! Effects they have never experienced before taking Prolia. I've had many of the other medications (Fosomax, Actonel, and Reclast) over past 11 years. No side effects! But with Prolia the reviews were so scary.......either the best medication ever or the worst one! I'll try my hand at daily walking, balance exercises and suggested amounts of Calcium (1500 mg) + Vit D and some Magnesium to see how I fare on my own.
I find Prolia very good, no side effects, having my 6 monthly jab next week
