December 2018, I had a blood analysis of sensitivities to 100+ foods for inflammation. Chronic pain from osteoporosis, RA, osteoarthritis, and mild case of lupus - inflammation suspect. Results were strongly positive for gluten - alpha gliadin in wheat; all types of egg; flax, and cooked tuna. Lost 10 # and feel less pain overall. Pain still in arthritic fingers, wrists, lower back, and left hip/thigh.

Well I am having more ‘functional’ foods - Kefir for its good bacteria for my gut, Greek yogurt for the calcium.
Prunes for calcium and to prevent constipation and Black strap molasses for its calcium and minerals. Of course I also have lots of fruit and veg too.
