I Am Looking For Ways To Increase My Balenance And Endurance Beyond Using A Walker?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

My problem is with balance
I want to be able to go up and stairs and to able to be ambulatory without a rolator. I can a little. Does anyone know of any exercise that might increase my chances?

The program is from Dr. Lam and he has several You Tube videos that are helpful to look at. I use the DVD as a back up to the class I take and my balance has improved

There is a exercise program called sit and be fit. Can be found on Amazon prime. Also yoga has lots of balance exercises., Start with beginner.

You may try chair yoga. A few ladies with walkers take the class and say it helps.

Tai Chi for arthritis classes or the dvd can be done standing or seated. Tai Chi helps with balance and slow movements are easy on joints

Well all the ones that the doctor tried me with made me vomit continuously! Pain patches also had the same effect! Anti inflammatory tablets gave me stomach ulcers even with Lanzaprozal.
I just have to keep trying to strengthen my back with exercise. Some days very hard!
I’m sorry for all the pain you have too.
Hydrotherapy helps me the most.
