I found Lidicane %4 cream works pretty good.

I've used it for bruises. As long as I apply it immediately, there is no bruise. If one is already present, it gets rid of it. I haven't used it for pain.

Voltern works well you need a prescription They have a great thing for pain at bed and bath something like that it a heating tub you put paraffin in it melt it put plastic gloves on and dip 5 times until the paraffin is thick on hand then put a glove they give with the kit. The heat penatrates to the bone feels so hood and only costs 40 bucks good luck

I love Arnica. I have used it for years and then forgot about it until you asked this question. I used it religiously on my parent's hands when they needed care. It took away any bruises and helped with arthritis. I used it on myself and always had good results. I bought the oil and cream. The oil is great for back massage and the cream worked well for my hands and any bruises. I am going to buy some now that you reminded me! Thank you :)
