Good evening everyone people have asked about calcium etc
:I thought I would copy the list of things my PA Physician assistant) handed me one day It will give you some ideas how to NOT count grams just like don't count calories it will drive you nuts
1 Plan foods that will help you get the calcium you need:
2 Breakfast: Cereal and milk A Fruit you enjoy
Yogurt whole grain English muffin
3 Lunch : Bean & Cheese Burrito a small salad:I do a fruit one yummy
4 Snack: a small handful of nuts IE: almonds yogurt and / or some broccoli
5 Dinner Canned salmon or sardines any green vegetables
6 Anytime Glass of milk low fat , sugar cookies early at night
________________________________________________
Note:They have Free lactose milk everywhere now
that doesn't bother the stomach
So I pretty much do this and of course you can vary off it but normally if you stay on this type on eating habits you are getting what you need and no worries about taking in too much calcium because that can cause problems
I like Tofu not everyone does but thats another good health food
Happy Eating :
