Does Anyone See A Chirpractor?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

I went to a Chiropractor before I was diagnosed. Wasn't sure how they feel about adjusting osteoporosis patients

I have a chiropractor and he uses the adapter tool for adjustments. It is like a little gun with a rubber tip that gives a very gentle tap to move the vertabra into place. Most of the time I don't even feel it but it is very effective. I would not trust a manual adjustment on fragile bones.
