Yes, Saoirse, it happened to me that I was osteopaenic and managed to reverse from there to normal by walking and line dancing. I blasted both of them. Unfortunately, I now have an arthritic knee which is very painful so my galloping is at a standstill, for now. I have moved back into osteopaena again again .

I've heard some people who have discovered they had hyperparathyroidism then had the surgery to remove the adenomas ended up reversing bone porosity. Blood tests required to determine if your parathyroid is too high: Calcium levels, parathyroid hormone levels, vitamin D levels, and Dexa scan. I'm have hyperparathyroidism and will go for a parathyroidectomy later this week. Hopefully it helps!
