I get sharp pains in my feet ,my big toes throbbed for a while and I have sharp pains in ,
My wrists .

I had the same thing and was also diagnosed with Pseudo Gout which is Gout not caused by auric Acid. It is extremely painful when I have a flare-up and usually sends me to Urgent Care for a pain shot. You might want to look it up for yourself šŸ‘€ .

Already done ,ct scan blood tests cortisone injection ,exercise Iā€™m looking at trying alternative medicine ,any ideas

I also have pain & numness in my toes they say its my Lupus & Arthritis that causes it .Does anyone have any advice about this ..

my toes are always hurting like I broke my ankles today feel like I sprained it the cords that go from knee down get real tight
