I have read that certain yoga poses can put you at risk for vertebrae fractures. Where can I find specific poses that are safe along and what other forms of exercises should be avoided.

Thank you for your response I appreciate everyone helping me with my question. I found free tai-chi classes on cable and feel better already. Again, thank you for your help.

Yes, I agree with Helen are: Qi Gong; I have been trying tai chi, which I think is similar- not strenuous and they say it helps your balance and can strengthen bones. You can find them online or thru videos. Good luck

Qi Gong exercises are safe,slow, strengthening exercises. I learnt about them on my pain management course.
