BettyA, I take Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. It is unflavored and I put it right in my coffee. It dissolves completely and there is no taste. In researching collagen look for grass fed, pasture raised bovine.

Beth Cooper; Stand firm, and do what you feel and think is best for You. It is Your Health. My endo Dr kept calling me trying to get me to take Prolia, I said No. Think things thru carefully, read and research.
I have read about two reliable studies from a Berkeley Wellness and AlgaeCal that 5 prunes a day can strengthen our bones; also hemp and flax seeds in anything. Good luck

I take Collagen + C pomegranate liquid by Neocell. I got it at GNC. 4,000 mg daily.
I put it in my water. Tastes great!! It's good for hair, nails, skin, joints and bones. I keep it in the refrigerator. Love it!
