PT and exercises. I ended having left hip and right knee replacement
They now give you a series of 3 injections in the knee that I hear give you some time

Hi Kim. Just today I've been to the hospital with a friend who has had a bone graft on one knee and is ready to have the other done. Yes it was a surgical procedure but a long way from a whole knee replacement.

Another friend put up with pain for years and yet was sorted out by a simple keyhole surgery procedure. I don't know enough about your condition, if you haven't already I'd say see a consultant to explore options. Both of my friends thought they'd have to have a knee replacement and neither did.

In the meantime you could try regular massaging of your painful joints with organic, cold pressed sesame oil. This tip was given by my local pharmacist who has a wealth of knowledge about "natures cures".

Wish you the best. xx

There are a series of three shots with some type of fluid that people have had relief. I had to have my knee and hip done. The hip is not bad at all but i continue to exercise every day. Going to go to a Specialist to find out how to lowered my inflammation naturally. Before I have my other hip and knee replacement.

I suggest you see either an exercise physiologist or physio and get an exercise program.
It’s helped me keep clear of surgeons!
