Sitting too long makes me feel tired and achy. Walking and riding my stationary bike makes me feel so much better. Gives me more energy too.

I recently learned that because my bones are so weak my muscles are working over time to compensate. The muscles tire much more rapidly as a result. It is causing pain/disconfirt and my body is exhausted. Coukd this be the case for you as well? Also, the meds can cause fatigue.
Inhope you feel better!
