I’m recovering from a stress fracture in my left femur. I had an injection of Prolia shortly before diagnosis, and was told that would slow down healing since the drug slows down bone turnover in general. Perhaps a “bone stimulator” would help?
its by Exogen you can google it my Ins is paying I use it 2x a day for 20 minutes at a time you put the band around (in my case) shoulder near the top you open the cup add ultra sound gel to the separate machine put in the hole in band close push button a calendar comes up with date then switches to 20 minutes shows if you have been in compliance so my ins will pay hope this helps some people get it done at PT
