I think it would be a shame to say absolutely not. Low bone density in the spine is tricky...I can see the twisting movement might be a problem. My doctor gave me quite a list that eliminated everything except walking and tai-chi! Luckily I enjoy walking. Sometimes you just have to “make lemonade.”

I was told by my rheumatologist and massage therapsit no more golfing as I could fracture my spine with the twisting and bending. I also shattered my left hand a broke my left arm, I was told I could break it again from golfing. BUT, that is me, everyone is different and I also think it depends on your bone density. Mine was -3.6, very,v ery low
