I have been taking K2 with vitamin D, B12, and D3 for a few years now. Can't say they help or not, Hoping they do something good. Ellieann

I always take them as do my birds. D3 with K2 MK7... B12 will increase your appetite so balance it with other well designed vit and mineral components is my advice x

While vitamin K (including MK-7) is sometimes discussed alongside calcium and vitamin D for bone health, it's important to note that supplements should always be discussed with your doctor first. They can help determine the right combination and dosage of supplements that will work best with your current treatment plan.

Many MyOsteoTeam members report taking various supplements, with calcium and vitamin D being the most common. The key is finding the right balance, as taking too many supplements can potentially cause health issues. Before starting any new supplement, including MK-7, remember these important points:

• Always consult with your healthcare provider first
• Keep track of all supplements you're currently taking
• Be aware that supplements can interact with medications
• Don't replace prescribed medications with supplements
• Monitor how you feel when starting any new supplement
