I take Strontium 750 mg 3 capsules daily. By Life Extention. Suppose to be equivalent to Fosamax. Without the side effects. Have been taking for 1.5 yrs. My Dexa scan was better in August. I also do strength training 3 days a week and started on collagen daily.
