5 osteoporosis breaks in spine. I know it's a bit late after accidents but like I say many times were all looking for answers in hr of need

@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello I take an Amitryptline 10mg every night to help me get a better sleep as my doctor who prescribed it said it’s a mild sleep aid. I now only take 1 a night blas a sedative and it helps!
