Hi I have been reading a lot about magnesium. Has anyone in uk asked their doctor for blood test to see if they are deficient. I
I receive 6 monthy injections for my osteoporosis. Anyone else?
No. I already take 24 capsules a day.
@A MyOsteoTeam Member, I also have magnesium tablets, collagen tabs & cod liver oil capsules with vitamin C, D3, K2 & PARACETAMOL tablets & ibuprofen for pain.
I have enough calcium in my blood from blood tests.
@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello I have been getting Prolia injections every 6 months since 2021 and I have not had any issues with them. I also take Vitamin D3 1000iu daily and Magnesium daily as well as I walk around here in the sunshine ☀️ for exercise.

Has anyone treated their osteoporosis with supplements only, no Rx drugs? I am using Calcium Citrate, some exercise and dairy.
Fosamax: What have your experiences with this drug been? Positive or negative?
