I brought a fleece throw blanket on it’s just amazing so some times I lay on it or over me as it helps with the terrible pain in the shoulders my hand pain & so helps with my fibromyalgia I got it from amazon it has different heat temperatures it’s just so wonderful michelexx

I use my electric blanket at night and occasionally a heating pad with a blanket under it during the day when napping in my recliner.
