How Do You All Manage With The Osteoporosis Diagnosis. I’m Finding It Difficult To Come To Terms With It. I Was Diagnosed Early Last Year.
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’m on medication, Alendronic Acid tablets once a week and daily Arrette tablets twice a day. I also suffer from “drop attacks” when I can fall without any warning. It’s so embarrassing and I have fractured my wrist in the past and I’m frightened to go out on my own, just incase I fall.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member, I have had drop attacks twice & broken bones when falling. I have a wheelie Walker I use now when going outside.
I have a small light one in the boot of my car. I am on prolia injections every 6 months for the last 7 years, without side effects.
I am 78 & also have vitamins & minerals. I have OA as well & bursitis in hips.
