Hi Corrine,
I am allergic to pain drugs, so I go to acupuncture, Strain - counter-strain and facia-release physical therapy, essential oils, and a CBD cream once in a while. I have good health insurance, which covers acupuncture and physical therapy.
I also use cold packs in the morning, and I have a Pro PEMF amethyst tourmaline obsidian far infrared mat, which I purchased on sale. I use it at least once a day.

One of my physical therapists let me use a smaller version to see if it would help for one month. What a blessing. Every day, I text my friend, who also has one, and say how blessed I am, lying on my mat.

The best thing I could have done for myself. These are all drug-free modalities - except the CBD cream is one that they use in a Chiropractor's office.

Research any of the above - just sharing.
Peace
