Thanks that is very helpful, i walk daily, not tried dancing, won’t do jogging, in case I fall…once again thanks for info.

Hi. Some say yes, some say no. If it makes u feel good, soothing - do it. I think it makes ur body feel good in general. Weight bearing exercise is what is talked about like walking & dancing is good. London ♥️

Hi Ingipoos. Swimming is good for health in general but it won't help you strength your bones, You need to do resistance and weight bearing exercises such as walking, dancing, jogging ... provided they are done safely.
