I have rough days & better days. Personally, I have not felt like my old normal in some years. So, I'm searching for my new normal & it's not wonderful. My pain is mostly
from osteoarthritis & damaged knee. I am wobbly from damaged eye, weakness & whatever else. Going to b 78 in April. I had many wonderful years of normal till around 70. I'm very grateful for that. I'm going to do the best I can to try to stabilize the health I have. London β™₯️

I know the feeling, some days I feel like giving up, didn’t think osteoporosis could make you feel so despondent, all I want to do is to stay in bed, but that’s no good at all
