Yes, I did take it. My Endochrinologist advised Calcium Citrate so I switched to that.
I'm getting my bone density test next week. Will let you know how I have done.

I take MyKiind Organic Plant Calcium

My dr. suggested calcium citrate also, but because it's a lot less expensive. but it doesn't have vitamin k.
