Don't give up. Try a local senior center and see if they can refer you to someone who is reasonably priced for repairs or another agency that can help you. You may need to think about different living arrangements in which you may find some help. Good luck.

Are there any programs in the area that help seniors with home repairs? Search online and see if you can find help to repair your heating and AC repair.

I need a whole new system which runs in the several thousands I'm sure. I also
need my trailer metal roof painted with kool seal. I paid several hundred dollars less than 2 yrs ago thinking the person knew what they were doing. He did not put it thick enough, wore off. It should last at least 5 yrs. I called a charity that helps seniors 70+. I was told they will not put anyone on a trailer roof & now won't do anything for trailers! I'm at a loss. London 🙏

I know at times when it's cold I feel it in my bones. Don't know about the osteoporosis part, but I have osteoarthritis & the cold definitely affects me in those areas. And I'm having a bit of bursitis in my shoulder & feel the cold is bothering that more also. My central heat & air has been broken for years now. When it is cold in Florida, it is cold in my home. I have on layers, but at coldest times I need to drink something warm to help my insides feel warm. The place I'm most warm is in bed with a great comforter & blanket. I wish I still had central heat & air - it was much better then. I have one space heater, but that doesn't do much. London ♥️
