I’ve been routinely adding collagen powder to my coffee for a few years now. It’s really hard to determine how much it helps, I’ve also changed medication & had various interventions. I decided it doesn’t hurt!
I just started taking Collagen few months ago.
Results take a long time.to occur.
I am also taking collagen powder from Amazon on and off, but can’t say whether it has been helpful. Mostly doing it for skin and hair.
