Is It Worth Getting Prolia For Osteoporosis?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

My Rheumatologist suggested I would go on Prolia every 6mo. After Reading The warnings for this medication.
I am really not convinced to be on this medication. I am 70 years old and have had osteoporosis for many years

Me too.Thank you for answering my Question. But truly this medicine is man made and has many bad side affects. I started with Cop liver oil and used my Turmeric and calcium. Trying to do fun things like making Jewerly for Christmas. Have a blessed day.🥰

I feel same way. I am 63 and diagnosed. After 30 minute conversation with Dr he wanted me to do Prolia. I am doing my research and nit feeling good about it or good about any of the meds

I’m facing the same dilemma. I’m 86 and I struggle getting medications. Sometimes the help they give is worse than the disease

My doctor recommended Reclast, and I feel the same way. No thank you! This whole thing terrifies me.
