I have a bone infusion now once a year had for the last 2yrs. Dexa scan next then they said maybe I will miss having one tor a couple of years ,hoping the dexa scan results are better.

I was only 55yrs old when all started 🙄 like yourself you don't know where to put yourself someday but heyho at least I'm alive and walking sorry for the rant xxx

I have constant pain upper back
I refuse the meds. Anything else i can do

Oh yes I think I have many compression fracters like almost every vertibry and yes pain all day some days are better then other days so it depends how I feel if I do anything (chores but rather somethin more enjoyable. The worst is when a new fracture shows up, last one was more pain than I thought I could handle. So yes I try not to think of the pain, I do crafts..adult coloring good therapy, read takes mind off of pain for awhile, TV and computer.A bad day I am lucky to get out of my chair but I try and push myself to walk depends how the day is going. I am waiting to see rheumatology doc. all doctors want me on meds for osteoporosis I took something from one doctor and had more pain then I ever had so worry taking any meds for this .I take alot of meds now..
Well I think I have said enough. I am alone most of the time,an old lady that goes on sometimes.Have a beat day that tou can and you are not alone I know that doesn't help.Oh one thing has helped me with pain is gabapentin and dr up me to 3 a day it has helped ...{{{ Hugs }}} to you and I will add you in my prayers..
