Can I recommend that you research low dose estrogen replacement therapy. It may be worth considering in consultation with your doctor. It won't cause any dental issues unlike other osteo medications. HRT got a bad name many years ago but science has come a long way since then and it is a much better medication now. There are lots of research articles on it. Just google "HRT for osteoporosis in women over age 65". There are lots of reputable medical websites that may be of interest to you.
