I had a DEXA scan one year into the two-year program and had a gain of 1% in my hips. I didn’t think that sounded too impressive but I guess 2 to 3% after two years is the most you can hope for. Sorry it wasn’t effective for you. Thanks for the feedback.

I did the 2 years, but didn't get any positive results. But that's probably due more to the severity of my osteo than the effectiveness of the injections.
