I had kyphoplasty I’m sure I Haven’t spelled that correctly! But they went into my back and put cement between my vertebrae. This was after I had several fractures in my spine. Horrific pain, but no pain since I had the procedure done. I highly recommend it

I can tell you that once I was sufficiently recovered to put on a heavy duty girlde, and/or a post abdominal surgical brace, it helped stabilize my spine and reduced pain with movement. I have also had 2 nerve ablations.

I use a TENS in the painful areas, it helps some. Also pain patches and rub with lidocaine. An occasional tramadol when it's really bad. Hope you find relief. 🤗

Hi. Have you tried water therapy or accpuncture? I have had accpuncture, it worked on pain in my legs. Very relaxing too. I wish you the best of luck!
