No, I tried it once and had nothing but bad side effects. I take my vitamins and exercise every morning. Try to get out walking and get at least 10,000 steps a day. It seems to be working for me and I will find out when I have my next Dexa Scan! I also try real hard to eat a healthy diet 🍽 Good luck to you whatever you decide to do. Have a great day ☀️💛☀️
