Today I had terrible pain in the bones in my spine. I had to lay on my back in bed and I litterally could not move. Pain was off the charts. I tried to sit up and my back went into many spasms and bone pain was unbearable. Within a half hour just went away My spine still felt hot for a little while.

Sorry what do you mean by physical therapy, is it the same as physio therapy?
