Yes, I had an UltraSound guided cortison shot in my hip. It helped for about 1 month and I was able to sleep with no pain. Later I had another shot just like that one in the periformis muscle and am getting much more relief which is still continuing. They just need to find the correct spot causing the pain. I am also taking Prolia--just had 5th shot. In comparing the 2020 to the 2022 Bone Scan Report there has been significant improvement. My Dr. felt it was a very good report. Fortunately I have not had side effects from Prolia.

Thank you for your input. I did get the shots and got some relief. My doctor wants me to start on Prolix. Sounds like it has been working for you. Thanks again for your answer it really has helped.
