I thought B Complex helped with tingling in the hands and feet. Have you looked into other possible causes such as a never impingement? You can see a neurologist and get a nerve conduction study.

I have experienced tingling in extremities and always chalked it up to nerve entrapment, either sitting in a bad way or resting my ulna on desk or counter edge. Is it bilateral? Both hands or feet at same time? Are you able to track when it happens, or is it all the time? Sorry you are experiencing this.
