@A MyOsteoTeam Member Hi Denise, Please let me know what supplements your using for COPD & shortness of breath you spoke about. I have copd & asthma, shortness of breath. I am using my inhaler at night only. I read NAC was good
for your lungs especially if you had ever smoked. I, also, have Osteoporosis now. You posted this 14 days ago, so I'm a little late seeing it..haven't been on the list for a couple wks. My computer stopped sending all my my e mails!🤨

Thanks for the heads up on Magnesium supplements…My supplement is 400 mg and google says 350 mg is max…Most doctors don’t know anything about nutrition. Some prescribe very high doses of Vitamin D which is oil soluble and stays in the body.

I didn't know Collagen caused cancer. I take the powdered Garden of Life Collagen with Peptides in milk shake every day. Boron was in the Bone Maximizer III I quit taking cause it constipated me. Thanks for your post.
