Hi everybody. I am so pleased that I found these many supplements for lung disease and emphysema as mine has gotten so much better and I don't take the bronchiodilators with steroids and two friends I have have emphysema and are in and out of hospital and have oxygen and they say I have the same condition and yet am doing so much better even though the doctors said to me 2 years ago there was nothing more they could do for me and the shortness of breath has cleared up a long time ago. After the doctors told me that I got these supplements and am doing fine. I also got over osteoporosis and fibromyalgia now 12 years ago.

Dear ladies, After doing much research and talking to some experts in the field taking vitamin D alone without magnesium you will raise your calcium level and that is very dangerous. Too much calcium in the blood can even kill you and cause heart trouble and anxiety and insomni osteoporosis and any kind of bone trouble. You need two parts calcium and one part magnesium. That will keep your blood pressure normal and stop depression or prevent it. Alao too much magnesium is bad too. I did not know that and after taking a lot of magnesium I ended up calling an ambulance and when got to the hospital my blood pressure was so low they had to put iintravenous in me with distilled water and flush all the magnesium out of my body in order to save my life. They put the intravenous in my veints and had to flush out the extra magnesium and it took hours but they saved my life. I did not know the danger of taking huge amounts of magnesium.
