Yes. I had dizzy spells for a couple months on the day I took the weekly alendronate. It lasted about an hour. A few weeks, ago, had a very brief dizzy spell.

Yes I do feel lightheaded after I take my weekly Fosamax dose. Lasts for about an hour.

I would guess not connected. I would have been switched to a different brand if dizziness had continued.
