A friend of mine began taking algae CAL over a year ago and her bones have shown a distinct improvement. On her last DEXA scan she went from osteoporosis back to osteopenia. Please note, this is not something I have read this is a friend telling me her experience. I began taking algae CAL and strontium a month ago and I hope that I get the same results. I will keep all of you apprised.

My doctor told me that if I take AlgaeCal I should stay away from the strontium version. My DEXA scan in November showed me back to osteopenia and 6 weeks later I had 8 compression fractures in my spine. So, how good are the DEXA scans, I now wonder?

I’m taking AlgaeCalPlus and Strontium plus additional Vitamins D3 and K. Trying my best to get in some weight -bearing exercise each day, but it’s more like 4 days/week. Eating more calcium-rich food, but I’m noticing I am having too much dairy, which has some gastrointestinal effects. Thanks for reaching out. We can do this!

I just ordered the same, and as a member of the Facebook group, I just read a great testimonial there about results after two years. I'm excited to get started.

I broke a small bone in my foot and the orthopedic specialist told me to discontinue my walks entirely. He told me if I was doing any amount of walking I should wear the boot he gave me. However, my balance is not good and the boot makes it impossible for me to navigate without tipping. I never thought a boot like this would cause more problems but it certainly has.
