Maybe Not Asking The Right Things When I See My GP?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am off balance when walking and have a stoop which is getting worse. I try to stand up straight but it affects my stomach and legs. I been asking for help through my GP but feel like I'm getting no where fast and getting so frustrated.

Hi Kathleen, the stooping really scares me. I battle it too.I have come to know more about treating osteoporosis than my GP. Self knowledge is so important. I'm certainly no expert but there's lots of information available. Takes time to sift through it. I believe nutrition is key. I also take supplements and exercise daily. Hang in there! Lots of support here!
