I was nervous also do put it off for more than a year. Continued to exercise daily, weights. And eat healthy but my density got worst so I just started it about three months ago. No problems
I want to be checked again in 6 months to make sure it is helping instead of waiting a year

Yes kefir is good for you. I tried exercising, eating healthy, weights and supplements and vitamins, but I still kept losing bone density, so in June I started Fosamax. Will not know if it is helping until April. Wish I did not have to wait that long. It was a tough decision to go on any medication, but I do not know what else I could do
