One good thing is vit D3 & K2 together, D3 is essential especially in the winter months as lack of sunshine caused chaos to your immune system. K2 is also essential as it takes the calcium out of your blood and into your bones. I've been told that calcium is hard to absorb into all the right places and k2 is also good as it helps you absorb D3 as well . I've been getting it on line from' British Supplements ' everything is natural ,no talc and the capsules are made with vegetable material and the packing in the capsules is pepper, ginger and cumin, I have been taking d3& k2 for 5 months now and feel so much better for it, more alert ,more energy and my mood is much lighter.

Not always, I find that it's worse at certain times a d improves at others, it helps to keep moving if you can a d gentle exercise helps to keep you mobile, like oiling a bike so to speak!πŸ™„ Actually if you have an exercise bike, USE IT if you can, don't go mad but a little a day or even 3 times a week helps to keep you going. Nothing is worse than sitting for long hours and not using your body, that is when you stiffen up and then you can be in agony. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸŒΉ

@A MyOsteoTeam Member. You just gave great advice right here in your post! I had to smile cause I just read a short piece in an older book & it was just like u said. I'm going to add one thing, aiming at myself. Drink plenty of water. Hugs & blessings.

In my experience, yes, mine has gotton worse for many years, but a lot of it is my fault, because for decades I did not take care of myself, so now am paying the price, now Im 60 and cant reverse it at all, but hopefully can at least stop the progress.
