One good thing is vit D3 & K2 together, D3 is essential especially in the winter months as lack of sunshine caused chaos to your immune system. K2 is also essential as it takes the calcium out of your blood and into your bones. I've been told that calcium is hard to absorb into all the right places and k2 is also good as it helps you absorb D3 as well . I've been getting it on line from' British Supplements ' everything is natural ,no talc and the capsules are made with vegetable material and the packing in the capsules is pepper, ginger and cumin, I have been taking d3& k2 for 5 months now and feel so much better for it, more alert ,more energy and my mood is much lighter.

Dear Gail, You won't absorb any calcium at all without magnesium even from foods
Maybe get Adelle Davis book on amazon a leading nutritionist a lot of doctors go by her book. Only about $20 for Let's Get Well and Let's Eat Right to Keep Fit are the best

Dear jam, Yes you can reverse your bad health as I was nearly dyiing from malnutrition in my twenties and started eating lots of plain yogurt and losts of vegetables and salads and every health product I could and added calcium and magnesium and kept eating each meal a nutritious meal and brewer's yeast and now the doctors at 71 years old say I am in excellent health for my age and could even run in marathon races my heart is so good. Got over osteoporosis and so many other things and found something that got me over the long term effects of covid 19 and the doctors at the hospital interveiwd me recently and said it was for sure what I took that got me over it.

Dear London, This may not apply to you but I was taking 3000 mg of vitamin C every day and developed terrible osteoarthritis and read that vitamin C can do that in some people with arthritis already and also sometimes vitamin E and vitamin D and vitamin A can build up in your body and cause severe osteoarthritis which happened to me also. The Organika bone broth ordered online is very good for bones. About the best thing you could take. It is tasty also. Calcium and magnesium is very good for bones. Also plain yogurt makes for strong bones.

That is good advice. I find the exercise helps but resting also helps and Voltaren gel helps a lot too. It is important to eat good meals too
