Had Zolendronate infusion 3 weeks ago Very painful bone all over next day but so far no other reactions except feel tired all the time and slightly light headed, anyone had this and how long til it goes ? would appreciate any knowlegde Thanlyou SEASES

My doctor is pushing for me to go on Prolia and I'm resistant, hoping to try a more holistic approach.
I had NO OTHER ISSUES. I am still angry about this. Over 3 years later and still pain that is different all the time.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago. I now have osteoarthritis, I had a fall 2 years ago and fractured my back, I have noticed balance issues also. I have pain in my legs, and pelvis area. My back is painful everyday. Does anyone else have these symptoms? I don't really know a lot about it.

I have osteoporosis,and I am happy to say I have not had any broken bones! My bone density test show my 60 year old bones are like that of an 80+ year old women.However I am in pain every day, my knees,hips
,back and hands hurt the most. But my doctors say there is no pain with osteoporosis until you have a fracture or break. And X-rays have not shown much arthritis. How "much" do I need to have for them to explain the pain I have? Have any of you had pain without fracture or arthritis?
It was overuse of steroids that caused my osteoporosis

In addition to osteoporosis, I have severe OA in my hips, knees, and feet. This makes exercising challenging but I know I have to do it. Please share your exercise regemine with me - and I'm looking for a program I can do in my home. Thanks everyone!

I went against my endo's recommendation and choose what I thought to be the least invasive drug with the fewest side effects after I was unable to take Fosamax. I am currently taking Evista, Ca and Vit D but I am scheduled for my second bone scan. I am hoping to have made progress but my doctor is not hopeful. He wants me to choose between Forteo and Tymlos. He says I am not building bone and these are the best options for this issue. I don't want to take any of these drugs because of all the… read more
