I have a supportiveGP who has given me oestrogel
And ustrlgen but I can’t cope with sore breasts etc at 66
She has said 2 pumps worth of oestrogel a day and 100mg daily.
Is this too much and ca. I not just get low dose oestrogen with out progesterone

Ive been on HRT for 30+ years to “avoid osteoporosis” and “early aging”. I take 2mg of Estrace (aka Estradiol) daily. That is the strongest dosage in tablet form.

That was the only HRT I could take because of my allergies.

Guess it didn’t work.
