Hi again Lynley, I thought about not having any meds but thought I was too far gone to reverse it seeing as I already had 4 compression fractures. Also i looked at my sister who has been on same meds as me for 4 years and she is doing ok and so far no more fractures.

Thanks Sheila will need to talk to Dr when these pills finish. Not sure i want injections. Was wondering if I can reverse the process without meds.
I've gone back to dairy even though I'm lactose intolerant.

Afraid it is an injection. I don't like it either as I have very small veins and the procedure is very uncomfortable for me but I grin and bear it and hope all the horror stories you read about these meds is untrue.

Hi Lynley I was taking a similar tablet Alendronic acid but I too have stomach problem due to hiatus hernia so when I read there is an infusion which is exactly the same medicine my GP arranged for me to have this yearly . I have just had my second one. Hope this helps. Hugs.x
