Fractures On Foot
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I am just recovering from a foot fracture. Right side of foot in the middle.
The other foot is rather fragile as a few years ago it had a fracture in the same spot as the right foot. I do wear supposedly expensive shoes but now I am concerned about getting out and about again as the fracture happened so easily. I do have osteoporosis.
Thank you
Diane

Absolutely need our feet. I am not someone who can sit around all day. The shoes and insoles really help.

I know this was posted almost two weeks ago but I thought I would respond anyway. I do a lot of walking and dog training. I have had a problem with foot fractures. I would recommend Hoka shoes and a good insole; I use Currex. This has helped me.
